This notice gives the information that French law requires the publisher and the host of a website to make available, in particular the law of 21 June 2004 on confidence in the digital economy (loi n° 2004-575 pour la confiance dans l'économie numérique, 'LCEN'). It applies to https://vetty.app, to Vetty Pro, the practice portal at https://pro.vetty.app, and to Vetty Scribe at https://vettyscribe.com (together, the 'Sites').
This notice is written in English, with the French titles of the legal headings, and the English text governs. We publish translations into other languages; each is for convenience only.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY (PROPRIÉTÉ INTELLECTUELLE)
4.1 The Sites and their content, including their text, graphics, page layout, logos, the names and logos "Vetty" and "Vetty Scribe", the software and the databases, belong to the publisher or to its licensors, and are protected by intellectual property law, in particular the French Intellectual Property Code (Code de la propriété intellectuelle).
4.2 You may view the Sites and print or save pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other reproduction, representation, adaptation, distribution or extraction of all or part of the Sites, by any means, requires the publisher's prior written permission. Unauthorised use may constitute infringement (contrefaçon) under Articles L. 335-2 and following of the French Intellectual Property Code.
4.3 Content that veterinary practices, veterinarians and users publish on the Sites, such as practice profiles, photos and reviews, belongs to those who published it, who grant the publisher the rights set out in our terms. Other companies' names and logos shown on the Sites, such as those of payment or sign-in providers, belong to those companies. Some photographs come from Unsplash and are used under the Unsplash licence.
